Security configuration

The following roles are included in DocuSign for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations:

DocuSign Administrator: Maintains all DocuSign setup within Dynamics 365 (exclusing that required to add the solution via Feature management)
DocuSign user: Allows Read access to DocuSign parameters, Document types, DocuSign Templates, Associated Tabs and DocuSign Enquiries within Dynamics 365

DocuSign allows documents to be sent for e Signature via the DocuSign platform. Users, do require the necessary standard roles/privileges that facilitate maintenance of contacts and/or purposes and issue the relevant document via Print management to DocuSign for an end to end solution.

The DocuSign platform has its own security protocols and permissions for users to complete set up. Any queries related to DocuSign log in or security access related to the platform is not part of this article and should be directed to your DocuSign administrator.
