Trading partner documents

Trading partners inquiry

Users can access the form by navigating to EDI > Inquiries and reports > Trading partner documents.
The Trading partner documents allows for an easy to view list of all EDI Trading partners and their enabled document types.

Users can control what records are displayed in the grid:

Tree
- Select EDI documents to view all documents for all trading partners.
- Select the applicable Trading partner type to view all documents for the trading partner type.
- Select the applicable Trading partner type and Inbound to to view only the inbound files for the selected trading partner type.
- Select the applicable Trading partner type and Outbound to to view only the outbound files for the selected trading partner type.
Filter pane
- Select the applicable Trading partner type in Type.
- Select the applicable Company in Company.
