Cash and bank management

Support for Modern bank reconciliation feature. Following Finance utilites functionality added to Modern bank recon:

Offset company for all offset types - offset transaction can be posted intercompany (ledger, bank, vendor and customer)
Offset type Bank for bank transfers - No Modern bank reconciliation Action type for bank transfers, thus we are adding this functionality to ‘Generate voucher’
